When to make an assist

Below are the guidelines when requesting an assist in game:

When to place an assist:
- House requests.
- Carnados.
- Doors locked at hospital.
- Under the world.
- If stated in tickets for refunds etc..
- Other wise, if it requires a clip, file a ticket.

When to place tickets:
- RDM / VDM.
- Cop baiting.
- Reporting a player.
- Reporting an officer.
- Technical bugs to be brought to our attention. (Issues with jobs/cars etc)
- Literally anything to do with someone breaking rules.

Examples of invalid assists:
- "Help me".
- "Pls help me".
- My car wont let me in.
- "Can someone look at my ticket".
- "I have a question"

If your assist has anything to do with someone breaking the rules, you are expected to play out the scene, not breaking character or going OOC. This includes not making remarks such as "Enjoy your flight, im reporting you". There is a process to reporting this and its expected to be followed.

Lastly, In your assists, BE SPECIFIC. We will not answer "please help / help / I'm stuck". If you aren't specific, you won't get help and spamming assists will get you commed/banned. Admins have a specific timeframe to accept assists, if your assist gets cancelled, it is because no one is available. File a ticket instead and do not continue to place your assist.

Supporter Clothing Requests

As a perk of supporting the city, certain supporter ranks are able to request clothing items per each subscription term. We have the right to deny clothing on a case-to-case basis if it does not fit the city. Things we may decline include; personalized items (such as a personal name, this does not include gang names or business names), low quality textures (texture just look blurry and horrible), poorly rigged or designed items.

We endorse quality creators in our Discord server. You can find them by the Creative Designer Role or in the #Creative channel to request custom clothing to be made for you. The following limits are technical details that they, or other creators, will have to follow for clothing to be imported. If our requirements are not followed, textures will undergo recompression/resizing which may result in blurry textures for people with low texture settings. This is to ensure imports remain optimized as much as possible and don't effect players, specifically in areas where 10+ players may be. There are also times we may be forced to deny an item because it has an embedded texture with invalid compression or special character in its texture name which our program doesn't currently support unfortunately for recompression/resizing.

Missing Characters / License Issues

Your characters and their data are tied to your game licenses. These are provided by the accounts you use when playing, such as your FiveM, Steam, and Rockstar Games accounts. When your licenses change, you won't be able to access data still tied to the previous identifiers.

You are able to reset your game licenses on our website to recover your lost characters. You be sent a secure link to the email linked to your Discord that you must click to confirm and finalize the process.

Settings and Fixes

If you are coming from another city, or have been playing for a while, it is recommended to clear your cache of corrupted files.

If your menus are lagging, enable fix UI lag in the FiveM settings before you join the city.

If you're failing to load the game, you most likely have to raise your extended texture budget.
I recommend adjusting it around 50-85%, raising it if needed in dense areas. Too high or too low will lead to adverse effects such as falling through the ground and odd game behaviors. Whilst in this menu, disable V-Sync as it can lead to major FPS drops.

If your HUD / UI is bleeding off of your screen, you can adjust your safe-zone size.

General voice settings can be found here, such as enabling “push-to-talk.”
